The primary focus at HOT is to facilitate opportunities for our talent to help them obtain their goals by providing them with access to casting directors, producers and directors, to network and book jobs. We provide our talent with the resources and tools necessary to enable them to grow and learn as an actor, which will in turn, allow them to compete at the top of their game.

We keep our roster small offering only a select handful of actors per category to ensure that the talent we submit for your project is top notch. We don't believe in overstocking our roster just to "see what works" which is neither fair to you or our clients. When we send you a HOT actor, you're going to get the very best.  

 

HOT opened it's doors in 2013 as a SAG-AFTRA Franchised agency and have recently switched to talent management to better serve our clients. We are fully licensed and bonded by the State of California.  We manage both union and non-union actors.
